I don’t have much to say except that I was promised a heroine who WASN’T a doormat and she was the doormatiest piece of mat I’ve ever read. From second one she’s all weakness, misplaced loyalties, and body betrayal. I’ve promised myself that I won’t read any more books that keep old beliefs about women’s mental, physical, and emotional inferiority alive. So buh-bye.

Also this book so gd melodramatic, the ‘teenagers’ act like a couple of women who were kids in the 90s. 😭. Just saying’. Read at your own risk.
