Holy sh*t did I need this levity in my life. The story is so funny I more than once laughed so hard I cried. My children legitimately looked at me concerned. As a long time D&D player this was everything I could’ve hoped for, and Jeff Hays’ performance MAKES the whole thing. Best reading performance I’ve heard in ages. So clever and creative, all the characters and f-ed up creatures are incredible. Cannot recommend enough!!
