This is primarily an abbreviation of Doyle’s story. Added in are the perspectives of a greyhound. There is enough of the original story to follow and enjoy if you’ve never read it. The add ins will be entertaining to any dog lover. If you are not a dog fan, this probably isn’t for you, but I enjoyed it. If anything, I wish the author had included more from the dog.
