Engaging story and decent narration but as always there are times I get tired of listening to Ben’s inceasant mental ruminations and second and third guessing. There are moments when he’s got like a second or three to act, and it takes 5 minutes of thinking to actually do so. I rarely do this with any other stories, but with this and the dark road series I always listen at 1.2x speed, and sometimes will skip 30 to 60 seconds forward and feel like I haven’t even finished the end of the sentence I’d just started.
