Just finished #2 right after #1 and I wish I could say it was just as good. The problem is that all of the laugh out loud humor is gone and this is more like a regular game. There is some humor but most of it is straightforward gaming with a new wrinkle thrown in (Quests). I didn’t like the actual quests and preferred the straight out battles but I guess that would be boring after a while as well. I’m also not that thrilled with the new characters added so far but hopefully they will come alive in the books to come. The narration and sound are fantastic again and I will keep going. Just started #3 so I am keeping my fingers crossed that the magic of the 1st one can be repeated.
