It’s not often a sequel surpasses its predecessor, but this book does. It’s the same excellent blend of humor and action as the first book, but with a whole new level of world-building and intrigue. The plot really takes off with this book, and you get a real sense of what the entire arc of the storyline will look like across all the books. Another excellent narration by Jeff Hays, too!
