Everleigh & Maverick…definitely had their hurdles

Everleigh gets a job opportunity in Las Vegas that could be the stepping stone to her own business. The downside os that she has to rebrand a bad boy athlete who is recovering from an injury caused by her own brother.

It took a little bit for me to warm up to Maverick and his relationship with Everleigh. To be honest I actually stepped away from the book for a day and then dove back in.

There was definitely more beneath the hard exterior of Maverick. Once we started peeling back the layers of both Maverick and Everleigh I felt a better understanding of each of them and why they actually worked well together.

The audiobook narration was performed by Stefanie Kay and Liam DiCosimo and enjoyed their delivery of the story.

This was the 3rd book in the Bradford Legacy Series. Although not my favorite book in the series it was still a good read. Looking forward to the next book in the series.
