This was such a ride. This is my first introduction to Black Ocean and it took me a long time to realize it was a spin off. Every character is written well, the overall story is surprising and fun, and the humor had me laughing the whole way. I have no regrets starting the series here, and my next stop is the original Galaxy Outlaws so I can see Esper’s start on this epic journey.
