I have read hundreds of litRPG books. This is a rare treasure! Most litRPG is very addicting garbage. This book is surprisingly smut-free! The only litRPG series that is more smut-free is All The Dust That Falls, which I also highly recommend. The only cursing is d***.
I don’t mean to say that this book is simple. It has great mystery and tough questions of who you should put your trust in. Though the first book may seem like it has standard dungeon fare, it quickly after that shows impressive creativity in world building.
This series just gets funnier the farther you go. I am on Book 7. If you aren’t careful to get your proper rest while listening to this book, the Sleep Police will jump out of the shadows, violently knock you out you out, and you will not be seen again by anyone for at least 8 hours! (That statement will make sense to you around Book 5.) They are always there… ALWAYS! In the shadows… They “know when your awake” better than Santa! So sleep regularly… or else!
