Being 8 books in, I’m obviously enjoying the series. I think the weakest point for me is the dialogue. It’s all very simplistic, with little nuance or interest. Characters basically all fit one of a few molds, and I’d love to see a bit more thought put into the dialogue. It should be used for more than just to advance the story to the next scene. All that aside, I do enjoy the storytelling, so I’ll keep listening.
