First time author for me. I’m not a book writing expert but I’d guess that authors with each of their stories tries to have something unique; time, plot, setting, something to set it apart from all other books. This book accomplished that in spades and was extra creative.
The key character is a software engineer with agoraphobia. To combat the disease he lives in the underground world of the New York City subways. You can’t get much more creative than that. But to the author’s credit, even with that background, she writes a good, fun story.
It was an entertaining listen which is what I want. I’ll give the author another try.
