What did you like best about 13 Ways to Midnight? What did you like least?
So go into this book, I had no idea what to expect and this was my first book by Rue Volley or the narrator. I am not much of a fan for instalove and that’s what it felt like for Echo and Thorn, they had an immediate attraction for each other. I also hated how he treated her because he didn’t want her to find out his secrets, the way he flip-flopped in his declarations and feelings. I also assumed since the title had her name in it, that Midnight would be one of the main characters or would show up a lot, but that was not the case. I felt so sad for Aunt Luna and Mr Jinny, hope there is more for them. This book seems REALLY long throughout the whole book, however, the ending seemed really rushed and just ends abruptly, hinting at another book. The storyline is interesting and I still enjoyed it and would wait for the next book to come out so that I can find out more about the characters!

What do you think the narrator could have done better?
The narrator had a nice voice, however, it didn’t enhance my like or dislike for the story. I think her voice between characters was not distinguished enough.
