I’ve read or listened to dozens of books in the genre of prepping, collapse, post-emp, etc. and this is by far the best, most believable scenario. It’s a great story but also a very intelligent treatise on what a post collapse community that try’s to follow the constitution could look like.
The narrator, Kevin Pearce is at his finest in my opinion. The only negative is I wish the author had continued writing… he is a natural with a lot of important things to say.
