I loved it. It had an interesting start to introduce the concept of Riftside. I really liked the MC and the surrounding camp. I enjoyed the murderous, talking hammer. The system was interesting but it seemed prohibitively difficult to advance. A lot of the concept is the MC’s way to cheat the system but I have to wonder how anyone else gets a class. The story was engaging. I will definitely read the next book. The narrators killed it with their performances.
