The Good: System apocalypse in the setting is a spreading pandemic instead of the typical flipping of the table.
The Bad: Plot crawls at a snail’s pace, and none of the main characters take the situation seriously. Female characters are extremely two-dimensional, one is an eighty-year old woman who shamelessly flirts with Max in every interaction, and the other is a born sexy yesterday kitsune who assumes Max is her mate upon transforming into a woman.
