I don’t know where to start… I already loved the book (the series really), but add Joel Leslie as the narrator and wow! Joel did a brilliant job giving Matty his voice – innocent, despite the hardship he’d endured, Victor sounded just the way I had imagined (I laughed many times at how Victor expressed certain phrases).
The book itself is great, I loved how their story spanned over about 5 years, so you get to see Matty grow more confident before he lets Victor and Andrew know that he wants to be with them. I have all 5 books (I hear there is a 6th???)
I am so hoping that Joel narrates the rest of the series.
