Ben, the main character and the POV of the story, is wearing on my nerves. He has become insufferable. He is too judgmental, controlling, selfish and sanctimonious. I do really enjoy the story though, I just hope the author gets back to the original Ben from the beginning of the story. Ben aside, this is an engaging, if not a bit predictable, but still great story. I listen while driving and while working and I like that I do not have to pay too much attention, it is an exciting and easy listen. I do recommend. 🙂 (Except for naughty dog Gunner, lol, love the doggo but he is a bit naughty)
