Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I must say I perfer reading this story or listening to the Nathan Lowell read this story than Jeffery Kafer. I would suggest my friend to get the book, but that is because of my bias of here Nathan Lowell and his story telling quality voice.
What did you like best about this story?
The way this is a tale that I feel I could act live, nothing super hero, nothing unrealistic. The story makes me feel I could have lived this life and is written in a way I do not want to stop reading it.
Have you listened to any of Jeffrey Kafer’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have listen to the other books in the Trader Tales series. I am starting to get bothered by lack of attention to the author pronunciation of names. I am spoiled because the Author Nathan Lowell has read these stories and know what how he wanted them pronounced. I really find the story compelling and I have listen to the Author read this book many many time. I want to enjoy Jeffrey Kafer but am slow getting jaded and he pronunciation of names is starting to grate on me.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes except I have had to take breaks.
