I kept waiting for it to get better. For the main character that I didn’t like to redeem herself. I didn’t like her. She was career obsessed and her family fell apart because of it. At the end of her life she tries to make amends. But she’s already let her ex husband die without telling him what she wanted to. Already let her daughter and son slip away. It was well written but I didn’t like the story. It was well recorded and the narrators were excellent but again, I didn’t like the main character or the story. It was sad all the way thru from beginning to end.
