Vow Maker is the happily ever after that Dylan and Gabe absolutely deserved. This novella felt like coming home to two characters who have owned my heart since book one. It was sweet, chaotic, hilarious, tender, and so perfectly them.
Seeing them years later, still being ridiculous, still being obsessed with each other, still trying to survive the wedding planning from hell, honestly made me emotional. They have fought so hard for their love, so watching them finally get their moment at the altar was everything.
I also adored getting small moments with Jude and Henry. Any time those two show up, it feels like a little gift. Their presence added so much charm and warmth to the entire story.
And listen… you are going to meet Joe, and trust me, the second his scenes happen you will understand why his book Confetti Hearts is unskippable. He walks into the series with that quiet potential that makes you go oh no… I’m about to fall for you too. And you will.
A perfect wrap up for Dylan and Gabe, a joy for longtime Lily Morton lovers, and a must read for anyone who wants a soft, funny, heartfelt ending for one of her best couples.
