This is a review for anybody not into LitRPGs. I typically don’t enjoy the genre. However, I needed a book pallete cleanser and the art caught my eye.

I’m currently on the 3rd book, but I came back here to let you know I’m completely enthralled. The story somehow manages to remain engaging and grounded while not taking itself serious and playing into the over the topness of the whole setting.

Whatever they paid the narrator wasn’t enough. I have no idea how he can go from action hero sounding Carl to Princess Donut and back.
