I wasn’t sure I wanted to continue with Deanna’s story because book 1 was so perfect, but I just had to know and I’m so glad I did.
Just a fair warning, this is nothing like 50 shades. At all. Matter of fact, Deanna is mostly anti-bdsm.
It’s actually nothing like Dexter either as Deanna does what she can to control her crazy and not use it for good.
This story is more just fitted by saying it’s a dark romance. Deanna has an overwhelmingly strong urge to kill but does whatever she can to stop herself from doing so. However in Do Not Disturb, she starts to trust herself more and starts to not only let people in, but also let herself out.
Surprisingly, this isn’t what starts her trouble and where it goes from there must be enjoyed by the listener blindly.
I love these characters and there is no hesitation to move onto book 3. I want to see more from all of them and Dive even deeper into their minds and lives.
I will again, shout from the rooftops about Jorjeana Marie. If she was the voice of every controversial character I read about from now on, I would be a happy listener. Thank you for bringing so much life and reality to these characters.
