After tearing through the first 3 books, I was really looking forward to this one.
I am slightly disappointed, bc I was probably expecting too much.
No spoilers, but suffice it to say I didn’t like the setting this book takes place in. The end result was always telegraphed and obvious, although the details were somewhat less so, to be sure.
However, I am going to read the next book in the series and hopefully it will be better than this one. Carry on you fANTastic monster!
