I appreciate your research… This book focus too much on the author

I wanted to hear a true crime story. I didn’t want to hear you defend your work. Is the book supposed to focus on the crime or on your feelings on a letter from the accused?
I disagree that she was supposed to prove her innocence to you. Please write the story and leave your feelings of being insulted out of the true crime story.
