This book had no right to go so hard. The story is simultaneously whimsical, gut wrenching, action packed, and heartfelt. My wife bought me the physical book before a road trip, and I couldn’t put it down to the point I bought the audio book to listen to while driving. I just finished book 1 and was ecstatic to see it’s a full series. You best believe I’ll be listening to this whole series basically nonstop.
