Gave this title a try as a fan of sci-fi and fantasy. It was touted as an outstanding example of the LitRPG genre so I figured I could see what all the hubbub was about. I barely finished the first book. This genre is not for me. The humor was childish and I did not want to hear yet again about the main character opening menus or looking at their status page or inventory. Why the heck do I want to read a description of a video game play through video? My only hope is that Audible incorporates this review into their algorithm and stops suggesting these kinds of book series to me.
