the narrator is wonderful and I really enjoyed the dark humor. reminded me of the camaraderie I felt with my buddies in the military. boy did I miss that life.
I’ve avoided zombie stories and shows for as long as I can remember. I’ve been through some pretty traumatic experiences and I just thought I wouldn’t be able to handle it. I also normally lose interest in stories that are non-stop tragedy. I suppose it’s told so well that I didn’t feel mentally overwhelmed.
the narrator is funny as hell! of course he had good content to read. I’ve literally listened to this non-stop, with a few naps here and there. thank you both for giving this old vet something to look forward to, for a few days anyway.
