I’m going to keep going because the reviews for next books are much better. The story and concept are interesting, some of the spicy stuff is funny and a little eye roll-y but that’s not that big a deal ahah, instead there’s some cringy shit like the way the characters talk. Using exclamations that only work in Japanese like “ora” but in English is hella distracting and breaks the immersion. But I’m liking the world and character and magic setup so far. Guna give #2 a shot!
