I may be biased as I had heard of Bob, the Monroe Institute and I had started to practice his techniques before reading this. I’ve not come anywhere close to his experiences, but I can say that there really is something to this through my own practice. If you are at all curious about the true nature of reality, the universe, life after death, and human potential, this is a must read. Even if you are not the type to practice his techniques, he still tells an incredible story.
