The concept of the story was interesting, but I can’t help but feel this book series is odd fetish content. This book isn’t necessarily erotica, it more broaches that content but the content is EXTREME. It was fun to listen to what was essentially Murder Hobo dnd story but the subject matter is too much for me, and I thought the sequal would maybe dial back but it doesn’t it gets worse. I’m gonna include a spoiler from this book that really grossed me out and shocked me. If you like it maybe the series is for you, but I feel I should warn listeners as I only found this series after Dungeon Crawler Carl. I felt bad for Jeff Hays having to use his talent to narrate this.

The main character is a mimic, he gets to summon a succubus as a companion. Not understanding the companion to master relationship, he eats her 35 times. The book describes the crunching of bone and the tearing off of her breasts as the succubus learns to love it and even orgasms from the grotesque LITERAL MURDER of her.
ITS FUCKED.
