I am not someone that is easily offended by any stretch of the imagination, but this book went too far. I have loved this series to this point, but I had to stop this book a few hours in and I will not finish it. I wont finish the series either. What the author decided to do to Jesus was absolutely unacceptable on any level. I am ashamed that I heard any of it. It’s disappointing because I really enjoyed this series, but the line has to be drawn somewhere. I had multiple people that I was going to recommend the series to but that’s not going to happen now.
