it was ok. better than having to weed the garden, to a point.

The concept, the battle scenes, the traps… all fun. very believable. It would make a fantastic Netflix series and I hope it does. BUT. The dialogue was pretty bad and the stereotypes were rough and rampant the first book.

People in the cities were all black gang bangers, the only bad white men were prison breakouts. Women were all attractive or religious. I don’t understand the FEMA hate, considering they are the ones that show up with food and water IRL.

Definately a book written by an old white guy with good ideas but a narrow view of society.
