I absolutely adore Jeff Hays, he’s amazing at everything he does. While I did enjoy the storyline quite thoroughly the main characters continued “drunk, overly young, frat boy” persona got to be tedious. I kept waiting for him to “grow up/man up” at some point and he continued to disappoint. This was a real distraction through the journey. While I’m interested in hearing more of the story line and checking out book two, Im struggling to move forward as I’m not sure how much more of him I can take in his current role.
