Overall, the series is okay. I’ve read better series by other authors in this genre. This one dragggssss on, and it IS SO REDUNDANT. The first 2 chapters of every book is mostly recapping the last books, with only a few new aspects added to the storyline. It starts getting tiresome and extremely annoying by book 4. The author also gets overly detailed and descriptive, especially at the pinnacle of a major event. I found myself yelling, “just get on with the story!!”, and hitting fast forward more times than I can count! The narrator is great, as always!
