This is a truly great read. I loved the characters so much… and the story line was original and the situation a great way to set up conflict and a long-term arc. Beanie is a great heroine – not helpless or whiny… really struggling to maintain her own individuality and not become a pawn… and Remy is one of my favorite Vampire characters since Lestat. He’s a rich, complex and incredibly entertaining anti-hero. You’ll love him. I was very impressed with Stephanie Summers writing and the creativity in which she brought a new scenario to vampire fare.
