I’ve enjoyed prepper fiction for quite some time. Consistently, I’ve been impressed by the quality and respectability of most main characters. Sadly, I’ve finally encountered this. The main character is a know-it-all ass. Rude. Condescending. Judgemental. The terms ‘liberal’ and ‘woke’ don’t make the final edit but his disdain for anything approaching that is clear. The mansplaining is EPIC, particularly as it relates to his wife who actually seems to do just fine without him.
