Pretty disappointing, it was advertised as hard science fiction and it’s clear that the writer has trouble with high school science. The story is pretty generic and predictable, the characters are cartoonish, the jokes flat. The pace is fast but you really have to suspend disbelief to accept what’s happening. At least the style is not bad which makes the book finishable, but it’s not a good use of time.
