The authors and narrators of this book did a wonderful job, and I highly recommend this book to those interested in true crime. This book WILL aggravate you, the oversights by the police, the pleas and warnings that were ignored… even the seemingly negligent, and certainly frustrating, responses from 911 operators will get your blood boiling.
