This book had some very engaging, tragic and dark moments, but I found those moments did not outweigh the flaws of this book. I found the majority of the characters to be annoying. I found the character development to be forced for the FMC and her husband. I felt the ending seemed to just trail off ( like the author wanted a sequel).
Also, I had to get a printed copy of the book , because the author used a different ( made up ) language for many words and it was very confusing on audible. The printed copy helped.
