I love all Lily’s books, I buy them blind. This one was a little bit darker than I am used to from her, but I thought it added to the story. I rnded it with tears in my eyes, because I loved the Artie character so much.
What can I say about Joel Leslie? He is masterful. He really never disappoints and he is the only voice I want to hear narrating Lily’s stories. Sometimes I buy books solely because he narrates them. Brilliant.
