I enjoyed the character development of the previous book. This one, I found the fairy unsympathetic and frankly irritating. It ends at a cliff hanger. I probably won’t pick up the next book when it’s out. I didn’t like where this one went. Characters with obvious trauma are left to wallow in misery.
I almost quit 1/2 way through with the “romance” that was a BIG stretch.
