What did you love best about Juicing for Beginners?
I have read (and now listened) to several books on juicing. My primary interest is to get new ideas on fruit and vegetable combinations. I have juiced for several years and have the tendency to repeat a few core recipes. This book was great at providing me new flavor combinations. More importantly I like that it gave the nutritional information on a broad spectrum of fruits, vegetables and some herbs.
What did you like best about this story?
The book went into detail as to how each of the recipes targeted potential health issues.
Any additional comments?
The narrator did a great job at keeping the information flowing with great energy. This book is prefect for new juicers and experienced as well.
