I have read many of the books Leslie North has written and really enjoy her style. This book in particular is one of my favorites. Connor Brown did a fantastic job with conveying emotions and the various characters voices. He added so much expression to the various brothers and comical situations. This is a standalone book, yet part of a series. The author centered on Nathan (the youngest brother) and Caroline, yet wove updates on their families into the story. I loved the humor, consistency of facts, characters, and realistic relationship and stress. My review is not a synopsis of the book, but rather my opinion of it.
