I feel awful. I like my books to make me feel good. Make me feel happy. But no, I am so sad. But…..such a good plot. The mystery. The angst. The wonderful characters. The feels. A real page turner.
I was gifted an Audible version of this book from the author through Story Origin. I have listened to several books narrated by Mary Phillips. She is English. Which in the other books was ok. But in this book I could not always understand her heavy British accent. 3 stars for her.
