I, Marcus: The Traveler’s Journal Complete Collection is a solid fantasy story with great narration that really brings the characters to life—especially Marcus, who feels real and relatable. The story has a good mix of action and reflection, and it’s easy to get pulled into the world. The only thing that got in the way for me was the name dropping; it felt out of place and pulled me out of the story a few times. Still, the narrator is excellent, and if you like character-driven fantasy with strong voice work, this is worth a listen.
