The narrator from the first book was much better. Hearing “and then I laughed hahaha” was extremely irritating.
This series is really enjoyable. It’s fairly predictable but that doesn’t bother me. I listened to this one right after the first (it’s exciting stuff) and some of the repetitive phrasing started to really stick out to me. “But all I could see was red” … again. That being said I’m going to go buy the third book right now.
