New to “The Black Ocean”

I am new to the Black Ocean series. I was hooked by the 3rd episode in the 1st book and I knew that I was going to continue listening to the entire series. The story is fast paced and very interesting to keep you wanting more. I must confess, Mort is my favorite character. Not knocking the other characters but I can picture him so vividly in my head. Many comparisons between this and Firefly series but I totally think Black Ocean is the better choice. I enjoy audiobooks due to the fact that I get to choose in my head every detail spoken. I absolutely loved the narrator’s interpretation of each character in this series. I was able to recognize each character as the story progressed. I tried to imagine which actors would fit each character as the story’s went along if this was a movie or television series. I recommend that if you’re a fan of science fiction, then give this book series some ear time.
