I’m just sittin here, listening with my AirPods…folding laundry…taking down my Christmas tree when 💥 BAM! That ending to end all ending happened. Talk about a cliffhanger!
I can’t get enough of K.A. Tucker books. A coworker introduced me to her writing (as the 1st Wolf book was free here in audible I guess & her membership only allows 1 a month so she listens to a LOT of free ones and thank goodness for that)! Or else I would’ve missed out on this fantastic author as I tend to stick to my normal and my favorites lately.
This was a continuation of Gabriel and mercy story and I am just so much more engrossed in their world getting to know them individually and as a burgeoning couple? Pretty amazing! We got to learn a bit more about Gabriel’s work. His family met some new secondary characters who all could easily have their own books which I love about KA. She always makes sure that her side characters have depth as well they’re not just there for no reason.
All in all, this was just an amazing addition to the first book and I cannot wait to see what happens next. I had to look ahead to see how many more books are were. This was the last one or if there’s a fourth and I was happy to see there was indeed a fourth book! When listening Alex Kydd and Ada Sinclair as always, did a fantastic job of bringing these characters to life! I felt what they were all feeling when they were feeling it, and the heat was off the chain again, as always with this amazing Author. Cannot wait to see what happens next, so even though it’s my bedtime? I’m diving in right now!
