Except for the sexual encounters, this silly book seems to have been written with little children in mind. You have heard of the idea of ‘suspended disbelief’. I’m willing to believe in one alien or some magic but there were dwarves, witches, werewolves, plenty of aliens…..they meet bad guys and, with the help of a dragon, they survive. Sigh. If this is your kind of fantasy, that’s fine.
I do have to say that this reader has actually got the sexiest voice on the planet. I’d listen to him read the phone book.
