But this time I couldn’t listen closely cause I found the mimic and elf voice to be unyieldingly abrasive, I tried to give it an honest shot at liking this series, I think both the voice actor and author are talented, I have several books narrated by Jeff Hayes. And I think the story line could be good if I could listen closer, seemed like it had a good pace in the power progression. But mixing this story with a couple of the voices made it less.
